Erinn Walz is an attorney with Bowman Law and has devoted her career to helping individuals harmed by others.
Prior to joining Bowman Law, she and served the People of Colorado throughout the state of Colorado as a Deputy District Attorney. During her time as a Deputy District Attorney, she participated in approximately 90 jury trials, trying cases ranging from minor traffic offenses, Sex Assaults, First Degree Assaults, property crimes, and other cases involving crimes against persons. Outside of the courtroom, Ms. Walz regularly trained police officers on constitutional and on legal issues.
Before becoming an Associate at Bowman Law, Ms. Walz practiced at an insurance defense firm. As a result, she has a unique perspective about the strategies and mindset of insurance carriers. This experience also helped her understand the importance of injured victims having good representation in their case. Since entering private practice, Ms. Walz also has regularly volunteered as guardian ad litem to represent the best interest of children. She is a skilled negotiator, a strategic litigator, and a zealous advocate on behalf of her clients.
Ms. Walz is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado where she obtained a double major in Philosophy and Political Science and a minor in Legal Studies. She obtained her juris doctorate from the University of Wyoming, College of Law. She enjoys mountain biking, spending time with her horses, and loves to get outside with her husband and daughter
