Katie McManus is from Alabama. After college, she commenced a part-time job at a well-known personal injury firm in Alabama and worked closely with the paralegal to understand the process of every unique case. She soon found out how much she enjoyed the nuances of the legal field.
Needing a change of pace and a new adventure, Katie moved across the U.S. to Colorado. After a couple years, Katie went to school and graduated with an Associates of Paralegal Studies from Arapahoe Community College in Denver. During her time in the program, Katie interned at a criminal defense law firm and got hands on practice assisting one attorney with drafting documents, working on appeals, and client correspondence. After graduating, she started working in the Colorado Judicial Branch as a clerk for a judge. Now Katie has gone back to her roots and is happily working in Personal Injury once again.
Working at Bowman Law, Katie seeks to deliver a positive attitude and hard-working mindset for every person she meets.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys trying the newest food spots in town, going to the gym, taking her dog to the park and traveling the U.S.
