Jessica Mauser - Attorney

At a very young age, Jessica Mauser knew she wanted to practice law. Whether it was her head-strong personality or her passion for justice, she was determined to make her dream a reality. After graduating from high school, Jessica went on to play collegiate softball at Odessa Junior College. She transferred to Cornell College where she continued playing collegiate softball and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Spanish.

Jessica attended law school in Virginia at the Appalachian School of Law where she graduated in 2014, cum laude. She was very involved in groups and organizations while attending law school. She was a Senior Editor for the Appalachian Journal of Law, Vice President of the academic honor society, Phi Delta Phi, an officer for Phi Alpha Delta and a Senator for the Student Bar Association. Jessica was awarded her Third Year Practice Certificate by the Commonwealth of Virginia and engaged in assisting local attorneys on legal matters. Jessica was also a member of the Dean’s List for multiple semesters and was awarded the Willard Owens Award in 2014 for her 300+ hours of community service to Buchanan County in Virginia.

While chasing her dream led Jessica to different parts of the country, she always knew that Colorado was home and where she wanted to practice law. Jessica spent her law school summers in Colorado clerking for the Honorable Magistrate Carolyn McLean in the 20th Judicial District and for the Honorable Judge John E. Popovich in the 17th Judicial District where she soon learned that practicing law was a work of art and not for the faint of heart. She watched as a victim’s story was voiced to a panel of their peers. It was then that Jessica knew she aspired to be that voice. The voice for those who had suffered harm due to no fault of their own. It has been Jessica’s goal throughout her practice is to make sure that every voice is heard. That no story is left untold. That no harm goes unnoticed.

Jessica is a Colorado native. She is admitted to practice law in State of Colorado as well as the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Jessica is an active member of Colorado Bar Association, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice. Prior to joining Bowman & Chamberlain, LLC, Jessica was an associate attorney at Speights and Worrich, LLC where she successfully represented individuals in first party bad faith insurance claims and personal injury claims.

Jessica’s mission for justice is guided by her strong-will advocate for victims harmed by another’s wrongdoing. Her dedication and ambition enable her to carry out her mission. Jessica’s clients are real people who have suffered real injuries. They are not a number on a piece of paper or name without a face. While no amount of time or money can compensate a person for harm to their health and well-being, Jessica strives to make sure each person’s voice is heard.
