Attorney Kaylea Waechter Named 2025 Super Lawyers Rising Star

Kaylea is a well-seasoned litigation attorney and her prior role in insurance defense gives her a strategic advantage when advocating for plaintiffs against major insurance carriers.

Education and Licensing

  • Earned dual B.A. degrees in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Denver (2009–2013), then obtained her J.D. with a Certificate in Corporate & Commercial Law in 2016 from DU Sturm College of Law
  • Licensed by the Colorado State Bar in 2016 and admitted to both state and federal courts in Colorado, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.
