Paralegal

Josselynn Hernandez

Josselynn was born in Guatemala City, Guatemala, and relocated to Philadelphia, PA, at the age of seven. This early cross-cultural experience laid the foundation for a career defined by empathy, resilience, and a passion for helping others navigate complex systems.

After earning a Bachelor of Science in Criminology in 2017 from Pennsylvania State University, Josselynn launched a career in the legal field, starting in 2018 as a pre-litigation workers’ compensation paralegal. Recognizing a passion for the fast-paced nature of courtroom advocacy, she successfully transitioned into litigation in 2020. Throughout her career, Josselynn has built a diverse and well-rounded portfolio, managing complex cases ranging from motor vehicle accidents and premises liability to nursing home negligence and elder abuse.

For Josselynn, legal advocacy is about more than paperwork; it is about providing a steady pillar of support for clients during their most difficult moments. To further elevate this approach to client care, she is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) at Metropolitan State University of Denver, bridging the gap between legal equity and comprehensive community support.

Outside of the office and the classroom, Josselynn stays energized through high-intensity workouts and loves diving into new DIY crafts. While she now calls Colorado home, her roots run deep as a fiercely loyal Philadelphia Eagles fan.
