EJ Palka

EJ is a Colorado native, born and raised in Colorado Springs. She grew up as the fourth of eight children in a military family. After she graduated high school, she attended college at Colorado State University in Fort Collins for Early Childhood Education before moving to Berlin, Germany in 2015 to teach English and work as Head of Education for a language school. During her time there, she learned the language and explored a new culture but ultimately missed her family and home state and returned to Colorado in 2020.

After moving back, she decided to explore a new career in massage therapy, obtaining her license as a Neuromuscular Therapist and working in chiropractic care. During this time, EJ gained a deep understanding and empathy for patients suffering from all types of injuries, but especially those related to motor vehicle collisions. After being in a motor vehicle collision in 2022 with an uninsured motorist, she decided to take a step back from massage therapy due to her own injuries and moved to pursue a career in the legal field. She has worked in personal injury, bad faith insurance, and briefly worked on the defense side, gaining a better understanding of how insurance claims are evaluated from both perspectives. She enjoys being able to work closely with clients to obtain a fair resolution after experiencing traumatic events.

In her free time, she enjoys all the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer, including skiing, paddleboarding, camping, and hiking 14ers. She also enjoys spending time at home with her three dogs, watching the Broncos play, spending time with her nieces, and crocheting.
